Delivery, Installation, and Refund Policies

This page outlines the terms for purchasing and using professional Squarespace templates from DreamTheme.Studio. If you have any questions regarding our digital products, please contact us at StudioRijaal@gmail.com We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.

Delivery & Installation Policy

Our templates are delivered as brand-new Squarespace 7.1 sites, professionally installed and transferred directly to you.

  • The Transfer Process: Within 2 business days of your purchase, you will receive an email invitation to contribute to a new Squarespace site. Once you accept this invitation, the site is yours.

  • Time Sensitivity: Your invitation is a single-use link and must be accepted within 30 days.

  • Extended Trial Period: As a Squarespace Circle Silver Partner, we provide your template on a 3-month free trial account. It is your responsibility to upgrade to a paid Squarespace subscription before this trial expires.

  • Expiration: If a expires without a paid plan, Squarespace may permanently delete the content. DreamTheme.Studio is not responsible for expired sites; should this occur, a new template license must be purchased.

  • Maintenance & Backups: Once the transfer is complete, site maintenance is the responsibility of the owner. We cannot "re-install" or revert pages that are accidentally deleted. We strongly recommend duplicating pages before making significant design changes.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the manual transfer process involved, all sales are non-refundable. Digital assets cannot be "returned" once access has been granted. To ensure our designs meet your needs, please thoroughly explore our live demo sites and ask any questions prior to purchase.

The term "Squarespace" is a trademark of Squarespace, Inc. This website and its products are independent and not officially affiliated with Squarespace, Inc.

While our templates are built using the latest Fluid Engine technology, we are not responsible for future global changes made by Squarespace to their editor or platform functionality that may alter the template’s original appearance.
